Team Member Thanks Co-workers

(Left to right, back row) ER Pacemakers Natalie Saunders, Katie Slavin, Jason Patterson, Kristen Kelly, Michelle Putvin, Merideth Carlton, Charles Sand, MD.(middle row) Tonia Richardson, Rina Taback,(front row) Kara Montgomery, Alana Richardson and Candice Patterson.

The ER Pacemakers are known for their participation in local marathons, triathlons,
5k and 10k events to raise money for various charities. The group was back on
track for the Gasparilla Distance Class in February. This time their support
was not finanical but moral, and the beneficiary of their attention was one of theirown.

Candice Patterson, paramedic, had to undergo surgery in January. "It was my
goal to walk in the 5k at Gasparilla six weeks after my surgery." she said.
She walked daily and needed a lot of help from her husband and friends. The ER
Pacemakers surprised her by organizing and walking with her in the Gasparilla event.
Candice commended the team "for all of their support and kindness during this difficult
and triumphant time in my life."
